About Me
I am a recipe tester, developer, and food writer in New York. As a culinary student, I focused on developing nutritious, budget-friendly, and adaptable recipes to accommodate various diets and food allergies. I am committed to sourcing healthy, local, and seasonal foods, and I am known never to pass up a farmer’s market! As part of my culinary training, I studied in Provence, France, where I learned about sustainable farming and cooking practices. Concurrently, I worked in a restaurant that earned a green Michelin star for sustainability under a two Michelin-starred chef. I am committed to passing along what I learned by helping to educate others about how to easily and practically reduce food waste.
I have previously worked as both an educator and an administrator, and a joy in my work was using food and cooking to bridge cultural connections. I believe food helps create and foster community, which ultimately brings people together.
As a native New Yorker, I love exploring different neighborhoods, perusing ethnic markets, and finding new dishes and cuisines to replicate at home. Friends and family know that I express myself through food with my cooking, and I am at my happiest surrounded by my loved ones at my kitchen table over a meal.

Recipes
Cooking should be fun, uncomplicated, and a way to self-express. My recipes are geared to help educate by showing readers how to cook seasonally and, ultimately, economically by focusing on how to repurpose and utilize many unconsidered parts of the animal, fruits, or vegetables in the dishes they make.
